Normal occupancy is two people per room. Any additional person will be charged extra, and children above 10yrs will be charged. An extra bed will be charged.
A deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's whichever is more is required to confirm your room reservation. For alternate arrangements, please contact the Complex at +66 (0) 87.897.9977
Group bookings of four or more rooms requires a 30 day cancellation notice for the return of the deposit.
Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy:
If your plans have changed, please inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet the guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged for the complete reservation days, and it cannot be re booked. In case you have not understood the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex policies, please contact the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex for clarification.
Please note a multiple room reservation will be charged fully.
Standard Rate + Refund option:
The cancellation is free of charge 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 50% the room rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more.
(THIS CASE WILL HAPPEN ONLY IF DURING THE BOOKING YOU SELECTED IN THE EXTRA OPTIONS SECTION, THE REFUND OPTION!!!)
For the base bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):
Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 70% of the reservation will be charged, prior two weeks before arrival.
The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.
In case a reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
Normal check in time is 14:00 Noon Check-out is at 11:00 a.m..
Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to an additional charges as per Samui Sunrise Valley Complex terms.
We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification charges as per Samui Sunrise Valley Complex terms.
Non-arrival to the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex:
If you fail to arrive at the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the Samui Sunrise Valley Complexs and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period.
If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex.
Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex only.
In case that there is an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.
At the time the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation number and voucher that you can print out.
It is very important to present the confirmation voucher to the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation at check-in may result in the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex not honoring your reservation or failing to trace the record.
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology. Upon checkout, your credit card information is directly transferred to the bank and securely tested.
Samui Sunrise Valley Comlplex may update its Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time without prior notice and posted on the website.
- Due to the fact that the Samui Sunrise Valley Complex is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
- No parties are allowed at the premises.
- Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 104/20 Moo 3, Boaphut- Koh Samui - Suratthani - 84320 - Thailand and will be required 500฿ for the key deposit which will be returned to you at the check-out with the key returned.
- Guests are required to give a passport or ID for identification so we do a copy for the emigration upon check-in.
